A new iso, a new problem. Is it just me or is the ./install broken again:

Lovely. We have not updated to chef 0.10.6 internally because we are releasing a new spin in a few days, and based on this opscode did pull in the fixes for this issue.

Have you seen any other issues with chef 0.10.6?

maybe, but I did not track it down at the moment. I had a problem with applying the glance proposal. it had a <ADMIN_LAN> placeholder in the remote_file resource source attribute. don't know if this is an issue with 0.10.6 (and crowbar webapp interfacing against it) or some other weird problem ...

as you already said. one step at a time ... :-)
